Task 4 Post-Production
Post-Production, as for me, is the most
time-consuming part of the whole production process which requires careful
examination of what should done in order to make the product look at the
highest level
After finishing the product we had to do a
number of different corrections via a variety of softwares. Using final cut
pro, allowed us to make the actual video, which then could be transferred to
our channel in YouTube, and simply be available to watch. We also used Sound
Pro while editing the video, through which we were able to change the speed of
the music, as we also wanted to make some bits of the clip in slow motion.
Furthermore, we used Photoshop, through which we were able to crop,
balance colors and tones, and format pictures
After we finished editing we started spreading
out information and posting the music clip. Our video can be found as both on
YouTube as well as on our website. Creating Facebook and Twitter page allowed
us to spread word of mouth about our product, thus increasing people's
awareness about it. We also used Tumblr to update our feed with photos of
the shoot day to make it a more personal experience for the audience members
using the Tumblr page.
Furthermore, we made web site through the cloud-based web development platform that allows users to
create professional HTML5 websites and mobile sites, through the use of their
online drag and drop tools. After creating it, we decided to make
questionnaires throughout survey development web called Monkey Survey,
which allowed us to gain valuable information about audience's opinion about
of final product. Consequently, we had to send emails to our chosen sample of
people, which we did throughout Microsoft tool called Outlook
